Refund policy

We kindly ask that you check our availability and book your edit before going ahead and making payment. Once the process of your edit has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds.

All our edits are carefully hand-crafted based on the information we gather & we will do our very best to create the perfect vision you are looking for. As a part of your edit, you will be given 1 round of notes and your final edit will be crafted and dispatched based on these notes. It is your responsibility to ensure all notes and guidance throughout the process are as clear as possible for us to create the correct video for you. If you do not provide us with this insight or guidance, you accept that KaSa Videos will dispatch your final edit at their own creative discretion. 

If you require any additional amendments after the final edit, a fee will be charged and we will ask for payment upfront before completing the job.
